Comfortable and clean room in a location not too far (about 5-10mins walk) from the centre of Florence.
The breakfast was basic, one pastry and pack of toasts each but this was made clear at time of booking.

The room we stayed (no:1) is large and comfortable. Has a small lcd tv. The room was tidied everyday.
The batroom is large enough but the shower bath could be more wide, modern and clean. There is space for it. The furniture is old, can be modern.

very private, as you staying like you staying in your apartment.
My first 2 nights I was bitten some kind of bed bugs , I had red spots all over my body, they need to clean their bed with special stuff..

Easy to get to from the main train station, walking distance from historical centre of Florence and most sights & attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, & made good restaurant recommendations.

The staff here was wonderful, the room was bright and perfect with a balcony, and the bathroom was clean, plus it was only an 8-10 minute walk to the main train station.

This is a great hotel and it is great value for money. It is a little further from the centre than others, but it is worth the short walk to stay there. If, like me, you are offended by the sight and smell of tasteless budget hotel rooms full of old, worn, clashing furnishings, then this is the place for you. It is spotless and simply and tastefully furnished. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are many books about the local area to borrow and the room has a tv, minibar and kettle. Although it is on a main road, the double windows block out traffic noise totally. I unreservedly recommend it to anyone travelling to Florence, as long as you don't mind walking fifteen minutes to the train station.
The room includes a tray with breakfast which consists of a packet croissant and some packet toast with chocolate spread and jam. Various types of coffee come from a machine in the corridor. Although this is not my ideal food /drink, it has the advantage that you do not need to worry about getting up in time for breakfast. I don't expect to get a world-class breakfast at a budget hotel, and the town is full of cafes where one can get a decent and inexpensive espresso and fabulous food. The hotel breakfast will keep you going for long enough to find one.
